Kenneth R. Dean, 90, of Pataskala, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born on December 25, 1935 in Ashland, KY. Kenneth is survived by his children, Edward Lee (Kay) Dean and Ricky Dean; many grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; siblings, Janet Dean, Geneva Ellis, Evelyn Powell and Gomer Dean; daughter-in-law, Velvet Liles and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Carol (Addis) Dean; children, Christopher Dean, Cathy Dowdy, Alan Dean and Timothy Dean; grandchild, Lacie Dean; siblings, Loretta Dean, Lenora Morgan and Doug Dean and daughter-in-law, Connie Dean. Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Pataskala Cemetery.
