Kevin Joel Hunt, of Pataskala, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2026 at his residence. He was born on February 15, 1954 in Fostoria, OH, a son to Jacob Hunt and the late Josephine (Nye) Hunt. In addition to his father, Kevin is also survived by his siblings, Karen (Victor) Lucas, Chris (Diana) Fouts, Karla (Danny) Rodriguez and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Josephine Hunt; partner, Timothy Thome; nephew, Nicholas Rodriguez and Niece, Tina Fouts. Family and friends may call from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, November 1, 2026 at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062. Funeral service will be at 12:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home with Deacon Joe Lemay officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Licking County Humane Society, 825 Thornwood Dr. SW, Heath, OH 43056 in Kevin’s memory.
