Martha J Foor

Martha J. Foor, 90 of Pataskala, passed away at Mt. Carmel East Hospital on October 12, 2012. Born on August 24, 1922 in New Albany, Ohio to the late Seymour and Lilah (Belknap) Young. Martha was a life long member of the Pataskala United Methodist Church, where she was involve in numerous activities, with a passion for leading bible study classes. Survived by sons Robert (Charlene) Foor, Raymond (Susan) Foor, Dale (Jane) Foor and Terry (Terri Joyce) Foor. She had many grandchildren and great grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Preceded in death by husband Robert F. Foor and sons Randy and Kenneth Foor, sisters Helen Whitehead, Hannah Fay Ramsey and Ima Hibbs. “I’ve fought a good fight, I’ve finished the course, I’ve kept the faith.”

Friends may call at Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, Pataskala on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8. Funeral service on Wednesday at 10am at the Pataskala United Methodist Church, 458 S. Main St., Pataskala with Pastor James Sharrett officiating. Burial to follow at Pataskala Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to The Pataskala United Methodist Church.
