Penny Lou Burnett, 55, of Etna, passed away September 18, 2014 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. She was born on May 28, 1959 in Columbus, OH, a daughter to the late Edwin and Pastsy (Willard) Newlun. Penny is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Rex Alan Burnett; sons, Peter Alan (Christina) Burnett and Travis J.E. Burnett; grandchildren, Cole, Mia, Kayden, and Zade Burnett; siblings, Louise Baker, Edwin Newlun, Patricia (Donald) Ferguson and Joseph Newlun; her girls, Tiny Girl and Josie; many nieces, nephews and Race Track family and friends of many years. Visitation will be held on Monday from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the KAUBER-SAMMONS FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main Street, Pataskala, OH, 43062. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. on Monday in the funeral home.
