Robert Lee Kennedy

Robert Lee Kennedy, 78, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023. He was born January 17, 1945 in Athens, Ohio to the late Ruth and Tommy Kennedy. Robert was a proud veteran of the United States Army, where he served during Vietnam as a door gunner and avionics technician. After his time in the service he would work as a truck driver, and in his free time would enjoy fishing. Robert was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather. On April 11, 1964 he married the love of his life Joan Kennedy “Ralph”, who survives. Also surviving are his sons, Robert (Tammy) Kennedy and Troy (Kim) Kennedy; grandchildren, Breanna “Bre-Bre” Kennedy, McKenna “Nenna” Crawford, Dylan Kennedy, Larry Kennedy, and Sandy (Brandon) Kushel; many great-grandchildren; siblings, David (Jeni Sprague) Brown, Thomas Ray, and Shelly (Doug) Denig; and a host of other, family, friends, and loved ones. In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in passing by his brothers Larry Kennedy, Tommy Lane Kennedy, and Rocky Brown. Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. with a service to begin at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 21, 2023 at Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home 289 S. Main St. Pataskala, Ohio 43062.
