Robert “Bob” E. Nichols, 61, of Pataskala, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2015 at his residence. He was born on January 23, 1954 in Caldwell, OH, a son to the late Robert L. and Joyce A. (Sorg) Nichols. Bob retired from Cardinal Industries after 40 years of employment. He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Deborah whom he married September 7, 1996; step-son, Jason A. (Elizabeth) Repeta; step-grandchildren, Kayleigh, Janie, Joseph and Andrew; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The family would like to give a special thanks to his best friend, Greg (Debbie) Byers, Licking County Fire Department, Hospice of Central Ohio, all of his neighbors and other close friends. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062. Visitation will be one hour prior to the start of service. Burial will follow at Pataskala Cemetery.
