What a sad day. I will always remember Ron Merrill for ALWAYS being there for his family, and the community. Whether it be for his children’s sporting events (of which I was on MANY of those teams), a local Pataskala charity event or otherwise, he was always there with a smile. He was one of those people you just couldn’t help but be happy around. I’m very blessed and lucky to have known him, and our prayers go out to Sue, Ben, David and Betsy. He was a truly great man.

Dear Sue & Family,

We were so deeply saddened to hear about Ron's passing. He was a dear friend of ours and was in our wedding 44 years ago. We have many fond memories of times past which we will always keep close at heart. He was a kind, caring man and we know how much he loved all of you and how much he will be missed. We will be thinking of your family during this sad time and hope it helps to know that others share your sorrow. May the love of family and friends encircle you and bring you some comfort as we say goodbye to our dear friend. May God bless you all.

With sympathy and love,
Tim and Sandy

Dear Sue & Family,
I was so sorry to hear about Ron. I met him years ago working together at Shoe Corporations of America. He was always happy. But never happier that when he married you, Sue and you two had your three beautiful children. Ron was, as they say, a good man. God Bless you all.

Sue — I am so very sorry to hear about Ron. There are no words to mend your heartache:
but know I care and share your loss. I wish you comfort and peace knowing he will always be in your heart and by your side.
There are so many great memories and Ron will always holds a special place in my heart. He was one of a kind. We are still in Florida so I am unable to pay my respects and celebrate his life. Please know both of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Wishing you peace and sending my love.
