I graduated high school over 22 years ago but I still think foundly of his class! He always had a smile on his face and a coffee cup in his hand. He was a great man and we're all the better for knowing him.

Mr Imes was a great teacher and man! He had the patience of a saint. I remember how fun he made history , but my fondest memory was meeting my husband of 25 years in his class for the first time. He will always be in our hearts and never forgotten. Peace be yours in Heaven Mr. Imes.

Mr Imes was a great teacher. He was my history teacher at Marion Franklin. I can honestly say he was so easy going, you forgot you were in class. He walked around the classroom, coffee cup in hand. I always just thought I had a good friend, talking about how things used to be. I learned more about history that year than I think I did any other. Thank you for that Dear Friend.

I had Mr. Imes for a teacher and football coach at Marion-Franklin. He was such a good guy...very funny, made class as fun as it could be. He was a blast to have on the coaching staff too..he could take a joke...even when we moved his little car to a different spot than where he had parked it...he just said “I’ll get ya..” I’m sure he will be missed...God Bless the Family

Mr Imes was one of those teachers at Marion Franklin that made everyone laugh and feel comfortable. Many teachers are forgettable but not him. I’ve been gone from there since 1989 but he was a great person. We will meet again someday . You helped mold me to be the person I am today. Thank you. RIH

Mr. Imes was a great guy, he taught me a lot. He always had a smile on his face and made you laugh whenever he could. He became part of the football coaching staff my senior year. He was great with the team, and all the guys really liked him. RIP Mr. Imes
