To Cecil's Family,
Cecil was a great man, he always was positive and had a great attitude, I remember fishing with him, Byron and my father John, then having to clean all the fish while the men told "fish tales" about the one that got away. I am proud to have known him and to have been able to care for him the past 8 years or so. Cecil you are a bright and shining star, I will see you on the boat.
