Refugia San Miguel Cabrera, age 99, of Payette, passed away Thursday, Dec. 4, 2014 at a care facility in Payette. A viewing for family and friends will be held from 6 pm to 7 pm, Tuesday, Dec. 9th at Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette. A funeral service will be held at 10 am, Wednesday, Dec. 10th at Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette with Fr. Calvin Blankinship officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Payette. Refugia is survived by her children and their families, Irma C. Tamez, Hilda C. Ozuna, Yolanda G. Medina, Joe O. Cabrera and Jose Serjio Cabrera.
