The beloved husband, father and grandfather, is survived by his wife, 4 children and many more beautiful grandchildren.
Chhun was born in Kampot, Cambodia in the year 1945. In his younger years he went to school and studied at the University of Kampot. During the war he had to flee from Cambodia with his wife, newborn and young daughter to Thailand. They finally found their refuse in the United States of America. There he built their home and raised his family in Riverdale, Georgia. All of his life he worked hard and had several jobs to support his family.
He was also an active member of the Cambodian Temple in Riverdale, and was one of the main supporters in building the Temple.
His real passion in life, however, was his family. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. His final visit to Cambodia was in 2012 with his wife, son and niece. For him a final time to see his relatives in Cambodia and for all a time they would always remember. In August 2015 his family arranged a beautiful ceremony on a sunny day to pay respect to their father and mother. A moment the family always will cherish.
