If you knew him, you already know our names and who he was to each of us. We are many and we are broken. We each called him something different: Son, Dad, husband, brother, or just Danny. He lived for his family and he loved the Lord.
He was a natural at everything and could outperform you in any sport; and you knew it. We’ll spread his ashes over 3rd base, like he wanted, when things hurt a little less. He liked a good bonfire and a good hockey fight; he started many of both. He could name any tune in just a couple of notes and music was his passion.
He loved his kids and told his wife she was beautiful every single day. They will carry him in their hearts.
He inspired us to do better and he praised us wherever we were at.
No one could ever replace him. He was just too good. He was our Dan and we will miss him forever. He was our husband and father and we will mourn his loss forever.
