James "Jimmy" Thomas Maveragames, 67, of Peachtree City, GA passed away on January 15, 2015. He was born to the late Virginia Clemons Maveragames and James Angelo Maveragames on September 23, 1947 in Atlanta, GA.
He met his loving wife of 46 years, Bonnie, when they were only in the 2nd grade and she told his Mom that she was going to marry him one day. He also loved his children, grandchildren, and brothers very much. Jimmy retired from airlines with over 30 years of service. Jimmy loved to go camping and fishing and driving his Dodge Ram truck. He never met a stranger and will be missed by all.
He is survived by wife, Bonnie Maveragames; son, Jason Maveragames (Nicole Sroka); daughter, Angela Wilder (Kenny Wilder); grandchildren, Charlotte, Kaylee, Jaxon, and Mason; brothers, Jerry and Andy Maveragames; and his beloved miniature schnauzer, Daisy.
A visitation will be held at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, Peachtree City, GA on Monday, January 19, 2015 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm.
Funeral Services will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 2:00pm with Monsignor Walsh officiating the service. Interment to be held after services at Westminster Memorial Gardens in Peachtree City, GA.
