John Charles Statham, Sr., age 65, of Oldsmar, FL passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2012. He was born December 20, 1946 to Ida Estelle Kelton Statham and Lewis Morgan Statham in Charleston, SC. John grew up in College Park, GA. He was a Master Electrician/ Electrical Engineer. He is survived by his daughter, Marie Statham Zelig; sons, John Statham, Jr. and Brian Statham; grandchildren, Miranda Bezwiechin, Jacob Jones, Austin Statham, Andrew Statham, Adriana Statham, Aaron Statham, Kali Statham, and Kayla Statham; and one brother, Mark Statham. A visitation will be at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home in Peachtree City, GA from 10:00am-1:00pm. Graveside services to follow at College Park Cemetery on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Association.
