Mrs. Levia Finley Johnson, 85, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2014. Born in Fayetteville, GA on September 16, 1928, she made her home for many years in Newnan, GA. Lea was devoted to her family and lived her life with dignity and compassion for others. In her later years, she enjoyed assisting her daughter in animal rescue. She loved reading and studying her Bible and her love of books continued throughout her life. She is survived by her loving children; son, Lani Finley (Gaye) of Fairburn; daughters, Kaye Phillips (Bill) and Martha Greene both of Newnan; four grandchildren, Joshua Finley of Fairburn, Kelly Lamberth of Nashville, Erin Greene of Spain, and Forrest Greene of Colorado; sister, Paula Walker of Atlanta; two nephews and a niece; and her beloved & cherished cat, Midnight. The family will have privately held services on April 24, 2014.
