On Friday, November 4, 2022, Nancy Marie Kelly, a resident of Senoia, Georgia for 21 years, passed away at the age of 68. A warm spirit, Nancy spent her life working in healthcare. She was proud of the gifts she possessed that made those in her care feel comfortable, safe, and supported.
Nancy met the love of her life, Michael Kelly, while attending high school in Chicago, Illinois. Their romance led them to Honolulu, Hawaii where Michael served in the Air Force at the end of the Vietnam War. Two years later they started a family back home in Chicago which grew to include one girl and three boys.
Three things were dearest to Nancy. Her faith, her family, and her friends. She was deeply loving, patient, and kind. And to those who knew her well, or anyone who had only begun to know her — she'll never be forgotten. The impact she made in the lives of others was immeasurable.
Nancy was the affectionate mother of Bryan (Lisa), Reuben (Dana), Jennifer, and Patrick (Samantha). She was the cherished grandmother of Alex, Shane, Ashley, D’Angelo, Reuben Jr., Anthony, Phoenix, and Alivia. Nancy will also be missed by Melissa and her daughter, Isabella, whom she considered to be part of our family.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at Community Bible Church Senoia, 2325 Luther Bailey Road, Senoia, Georgia 30276. Cremation was private.
