Stephen was an US Army Veteran, he loved traveling, and spending time with his family. He loved children and they were drawn to him like a magnet. He was a loving husband and father. Stephen will be missed dearly by all that knew and loved him.
Stephen is preceded in death by his parents and five brothers. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Nina Mikus Gomes; and his son Stephen Gomes Jr. (Nina).

A Celebration of Life for Stephen will be held Friday, June 27, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 101 Walt Banks Rd, Peachtree City, GA 30269.
