Andrew J. Eaton, 68, of Pearl, Mississippi, walked his path to glory on June 15, 2026, at 2:30 am. We imagine he arrived right on time with plenty of stories to tell. He leaves behind hearts that are heavy with loss but overflowing with gratitude, fond memories, and more laughter than we can count.
Andy, as he was known by family and friends, was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on November 3, 1957, to Mr. Henry J. Eaton and Mrs. Jeannine Todd Eaton. When he was three years old his family moved to Pearl, Mississippi. He spent the rest of his life in Pearl, a city that he loved and was loved by so many.
Andy loved all things, sports, especially Ole Miss and the Pearl Pirates. No one, and we mean NO ONE, knew more information and statistics about the Ole Miss Rebels and the Pearl Pirates.
Andy was a life-long member of Truitt Baptist Church in Pearl, serving as a children’s Sunday school teacher, nursery worker, and a deacon many times. He was a member of the Pearl Chamber of Commerce Board serving two times as president. He won the “Pillar of the Community” award in 2019. He served on the Pearl School Board for 15 years and serving two times as the president. He was a very important part of the board and always had thoughtful and insightful advice and served with dignity, kindness, professionalism, and strength.
While working in the insurance industry for over 30 years, he won numerous awards as a top-selling agent. He made many sincere friends among his clients as he worked diligently in their best interests. He will be dearly missed by those who loved and knew him.
Andy is preceded in death by his father, Henry J. Eaton; paternal grandparents, Mr. Calvin Edgar and Rendle Lou Eaton; and his maternal grandparents, Mr. Andrew and Dora Webb Todd.
