Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm, Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
Andy was born Friday, April 2, 1971, in Clarksdale. He worked for several years for a tugboat company in Louisiana, where he served as a tanker man and held many other positions throughout his tenure. A true "people person", Andy was at ease visiting and conversing with people of all ages. He especially loved children, and delighted in spending time with his great-nieces and great-nephews. His hobbies included cooking, reading and spending time outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmie D. Frazier.
Survivors include his mother, Nancy Noe Frazier; sister, Laurie Frazier Howard; nieces, Olivia Wood, Anna Clair Howard, and Noe Howard; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Marleigh, Piper, Zane, and Waylon.
