Beth Lynn Oxner

Visitation will be 5:00-8:00pm, Friday, September, 1, 2017, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, Saturday, September 2, 2017, in the funeral home chapel. Graveside services will follow at 2:00pm in the Baxter-Pittman Cemetery in Foxworth, Mississippi.

Beth was born November 6, 1967, in Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. A long-time resident of Pearl, she attended Pearl High School.

From the time she was small, Beth loved horses. Over the years she developed her riding skills and became a barrel racer in the rodeo.

Always an “outdoorsy” kind of girl, Beth liked riding 4-wheelers and spending time with her friends. Where you found Beth, you usually found a party. She enjoyed collecting crosses and cooking for her family and friends. Her grape salad was always a favorite for the holidays.

Beth was preceded in death by her father, Bob Bardwell.

Survivors include her mother, Elizabeth Buffington; son, Brett Wayne Buffington; and sisters, Brenda Mitchell and husband Bob, and Lisa Bardwell.
