Betty White Feroben, 71, passed from this life Tuesday, April 29, 2014 surrounded by her family at home.

Visitation will be held 4:00-8:00pm Thursday, May 1, 2014 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 11:00am, Friday, May 2, 2014 in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow in Lakewood South Cemetery.

She was born Wednesday, March 31, 1943 in Kosciusko, Mississippi, a daughter of the late Henry Clay White and Lola Shipp White.

A retired nurse, Mrs. Feroben served area hospitals for more than 44 years and was a faithful member of Eastside Baptist Church in Pearl.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, James Feroben in 2007.

Survivors include son, Chris Feroben (Lisa); daughter, Cindy Grantham (Tim); brother, Ricky White; sisters, Peggy Ingram, Judy Channell and Nancy White; and grandchildren, Hannah Howard (Craig), Bailey Peagler, Katie and Kelsey Feroben, Cade and Reid Grantham.

So sorry to find that Betty has passed. Jim and I were Army Buddies in Ft Campbell. KY and Camp Wood, Japan. We had visited Jim and Betty several times and Betty was an instant Friend.
