Visitation will be 11:00am-1:00pm, Friday, October 28, 2016, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Graveside services will follow at 1:00pm, in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
She was born Sunday, January 14, 1934, in Camden, Mississippi, a daughter of the late L.R. Haley and Bertha Edward Gober Haley.
Mrs. Harris was a member of the Methodist faith and retired from Jackson Plastic Surgery Clinic, where she served as an office manager for several years. She loved cooking and collecting recipes, and often created cookbooks for family reunions. She also enjoyed gardening and working in her yard, but her favorite times were spent with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Jackson Harris, in 1990.
Survivors include son, Glyn Harris and wife Carol; grandsons, Jayson Harris and Perry Harris; and dear friend, Jack McDiffett.
