Bonnie Ray Woods

Bonnie was born in Attala County on September 14, 1931 to Houston Ray and Viola Earsel McGee Ray. She was a proud member of McLaurin Heights Baptist Church and worked as a nurse. Bonnie was a very Godly woman, who loved to spend time in her garden and baking in her kitchen.

Bonnie leaves behind her daughters, Gayle Heckman (Ken), and Debbie Nall (Barrett); 6 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren, as well as many cherished friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Woods; son, Ray Woods; and her parents, Houston and Viola Ray.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am and go until service time on Monday. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl.
