C.E. Bailey

Visitation is 5:00-8:00pm today at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 2:00pm Saturday, January 19, 2013 in the funeral home chapel with interment in Brandon Memorial Gardens.

He was born April 5, 1934 in Jackson, a son of the late Claude A. Bailey and Lula Lois Stewart Bailey.

Mr. Bailey retired from Venable Glass. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Brandon and a veteran of the U.S. Army. A loving, Christian husband, father and grandfather, his favorite times were spent with his grandchildren, attending their various sporting events.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Barbara Bailey; son, Lynn Bailey; daughter, Debi Burns and husband Michael; grandchildren, Brittany Coleman and husband Will, Hannah Bailey, Nicholas Bailey, Mandi Sanders and husband Will, and Megan Reese and husband Chance; great-grandchildren, Madelynn Coleman, Tripp and Charlie Sanders, and Cadence Reese; and brother, Kenneth Bailey and wife Liz.
