Charles Wayne Goolsby

Charles was born and raised in Forest, MS to Nancy and Arthur Goolsby. He attended Scott Central School. Charles married Linda in 1998. He worked as a dispatch and enjoyed his children and grandchildren, farming, and fishing.

Charles is survived by his wife, Linda, and children, Dee Wayne “DJ” Jolly, III and his wife, Erica, Devon Jolly, Amanda Craig and her husband, Justin, Savanna McCafferty, and Lucas Goolsby; his mother, Nancy Anderson; grandparents, Lonnie and Thelma Elmore; sisters, Melissa Sanderson, Lila Goolsby, and Barbara Goolsby; as well as six grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Alvin Arthur Goolsby and grandparents, Nellie and Alvin Goolsby.

Memorial services will be held at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl, MS on January 6, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.
