She was born on April 21, 1954 to the late Truman Craft and Earline Mangum Craft. For 16 years, she worked at McCarty's Farm, and then went on to work for 19 years with the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Cynthia loved life. She never met a stranger and didn't have a filter - you never had to guess what she was thinking ! Her family affectionately refers to her as "the crazy aunt on the porch". She loved food and she loved people. Cynthia had a big heart and also loved animals, sharing her home with many beloved four-legged companions.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Chris Craft.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Teddy Gonzalez; sons, Scotty Craft and Thomas Craft; daughter, Lisa Lipscomb; sister, Tammy Thornton; 8 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
