David L Cannon

David L Cannon, 83, of Jackson, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022 while at the Mississippi State Veterans Home in Collins. A graveside service will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl. He was born on August 22, 1938 in Birmingham, Alabama. David proudly served our country in the United States Navy. He then retired from Kroger in 2015 after over 20 years of dedicated work. In his free time, David enjoyed taking day trips to neighboring states, watching TV, and going out to eat. He is survived by his best friend, Cindy Janos (Bill).
