Dee Wheeler

A Life Celebration Gathering will be held Saturday, February 20, 2016, 11:00am-1:00pm, in the Heritage Suite of Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl.

She was born Monday, March 17, 1947, in Ft. Worth, Texas, a daughter of the late Austin Vernon McIninch and Lela K. Heedley McIninch.

Dee was employed in the banking industry and by the Jackson Airport. Her hobbies included cross stitch and macrame, but her favorite times were spent with her beloved grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Dee was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Tommy Wheeler. True soul mates, Dee and Tommy always loved and supported each other and their family.

Survivors include sons, Austin and Luke Wheeler; sister, Nena Kelly; grandchildren, Joseph Wheeler, Christopher Shute, Katrina Carpenter and Liam Wheeler; great-grandchild, Kinlee Pierce; and “adopted grandchildren”, Billy, Deuce and Marion.
