In lieu of a formal sit-down service, the family will receive friends from 4:00pm until 7:00pm on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl for everyone to reminisce and exchange memories together.
She was born on January 17, 1965 in Jersey City, New Jersey. To say that Denise adored the beach would be an understatement; any chance she got, she was there to get the full beach experience of being sun burned and covered in sand from head to toe, only taking a break to browse gift shops for beach souvenirs to add to her collection. Denise was a huge fan of the Florida Gators as well as the beaches in Florida. She enjoyed visiting Gatlinburg as well. In addition, she was talented in making watermelon baskets. A true craftsman, she was very picky with her creations and would not hesitate to work tirelessly until she had the most perfect tasting, beautifully carved masterpiece to present. Above all, she loved spending time with her friends and family, especially her precious grandbaby.
Denise is survived by her father, Robert Passaro (Carmen Passaro); mother, Deborah Katz; fiancé, James Martin "Marty" Bullock; daughter, Rachel Stewart (Logan Stewart); brothers, Robbie Passaro and Jose David Guzman; sisters, Laura Passaro Dickerson and Edna Liza Guzman; grandchild, Arabella Stewart; and a number of beloved extended family members.
She will be so dearly missed.
