She was born August 10, 1939, in Williford, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Ray William Neeley and Jennye L. McQuiston Neeley.
Following the death of her husband, Richard Harold Lester, in 2014, she moved from Indiana to Brandon to be near her son and his family.
She is survived by her son, Richard Lester; daughter-in-law, Kim Lester; and granddaughter and namesake, Riley Radelle Lester.
