Doris Myatt

Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00pm, Sunday, October 27, 2013 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 11:00am, Monday, October 28, 2013 in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Myatt was born on Friday, October 2, 1931 in Greenwood, Mississippi, a daughter of the late Bilbo Trull and Jewel Dunaway Trull. She was a faithful member of Pearson Baptist Church in Pearl. She owned and operated the Flair Beauty Shop in Pearl from 1975 to 1981, and was also employed for several years with Fabricrific in Pearl. She loved gardening and raising flowers in her yard, and worked several summers for Hutto’s Garden Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Allen Pepper, and son, Carter Pepper.

Survivors include her husband of 33 years, James H. Myatt; son, William Bishop; daughter, Kathy Stokes and husband Joel; sisters, Evelyn Grice and Billie Greenfield; 6 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
