Hilda Harrell

Visitation will be from 5pm - 8pm Friday, May 23, 2014 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11am at Trinity Baptist Church in Carthage with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Carthage Reformation Cemetery.

Mrs. Harrell was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Carthage and a great Christian lady. She opened her home to many and was a source of strength, character, faith and love.

Mrs. Harrell was preceded in death by her husband, Huron W. Harrell; brothers, Clifford, Sheldon and Curtis Cooper; grandchildren, Timothy Cauthen and Amanda McLemore; and daughter-in-law, Lana Carter.

She is survived by her sons, Clyde(Robin) and Charles Carter; daughters, Deborah Prather (Waid), Charlotte Morgan (Chester), Sue Carter, Mary McLemore, and Gail McMurtry; brother, Walt Cooper (Jo Ann); 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews.
