Howard was born on April 01, 1949, in Yazoo City, MS, to Mr. Robert Lee Rainer and Eva Olline Richardson Rainer.
He spent his early years growing up in Belzoni, MS, along with his siblings. Mr. Rainer loved to crappie fish, play domino’s but most of all he loved a good family cookout.
Howard is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Bobby Rainer; and sister, Melissa Wilburn.
Left to cherish his memory is his son, Ronny Rainer (Elizabeth); sisters, Vicky Lott, Jane Chapell, and Linda May; brothers, Mike Rainer, Richard Rainer, and Walter Rainer; grandchildren, Ryan Rainer (Breland) and Megan Rainer; and great grandchildren, Rylee Rainer and Brooks Rainer.
The family will receive friends on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl, MS. Family will hold a celebration of life service at a later date.
