Visitation will be 5:00-8:00pm, Thursday, September 19, 2019, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 10:00am, Friday, September 20, 2019, in the funeral home chapel with interment in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
Scott was born January 10, 1964, in Ft. Hood, Texas. He was a 1982 graduate of Pearl High School where he served as drum major for the band.
A talented hair stylist, Scott owned and operated S R Hair Design in Pearl, and was a licensed barber instructor. His outgoing personality made him a magnet for others and he rarely met a stranger. Scott truly cared about his customers, and they saw his care and concern in all he did for them.
His hobbies included fishing, and he was an avid Pearl High School and Mississippi State football fan, but Scott’s favorite times were spent with family and friends.
Scott is survived by his wife of 2 ½ years, Stephenie Robinson; parents, Hugh Dorsey and Evelyn Robinson; brother, Ronnie Robinson (Lisa); sister, Sharon Moore (Robbie); step-children, Christopher Price (Sabra), James Tyler Williams (Kristen), and Michael Williams (Samantha); 7 grandchildren, including his special buddy, Elijah Williams; niece, Haley Moore; and nephews, Brady Moore, and Matthew Robinson (Stevie).
The family would like to express sincerest thanks to Chelsea Fondren with Stahome Health Services, and April Bridges with Hospice Ministries, for their compassionate care and support.
