He was born August 2, 1920 in Chippewa Falls, WI. He graduated from Eau Claire State Teacher's College where he was All Conference Guard in football. Mr. Walworth was a WWII veteran, serving 6 years in the Air Force as a Radio Instructor. After the service he coached the Chippewa Marines, a semi-pro football team.
Mr. Walworth's job with Presto Manufacturing transferred him to Mississippi in 1958 where he remained and retired from Challengers as Production Manager. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and woodworking, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John E. Walworth and Margaret Belzner Walworth; wife of 70 years, Marjorie Walworth; 1 sister; and 2 grandchildren.
Mr. Walworth is survived by his daughters, Jill Ball and Kim Mosley; sons, Michael, Jeffery and Gary Walworth; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
