Judy Bourne Peagler, 58, of Pearl, passed from this life Tuesday, February 16, 2021, while surrounded by her family at home.

Judy was born January 24, 1963, in Jackson, Mississippi. Often described as bullheaded, her down-to-earth manner endeared her to many. Judy was truly, “what you see is what you get”, a blue jeans kind of girl. Whether hunting, fishing, or riding the back roads of the country, Judy was most content with the simple pleasures in life.

She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Bourne; and sister, Tami Ann May.

Survivors include her husband of more than 20 years, Terry A. Peagler; mother, Carol Bourne; son, Zach Sistrunk; daughters, Brandy Hester, and Lynette Westbrook; sisters, Madelyn Sylte, and Connie Barrentine; and grandchildren, Blayne Hester, and Analise Westbrook.

Oh sweet Judy.....it’s been less than two years since we moved to Mississippi. You and Terry welcomed us with open arms! I’m really going to miss you. Thank you for your friendship. Judy loved talking about her mama and sisters and children and grandchildren 💕 .
