Kimberly was born June 26, 1972, in Copiah County, Mississippi. One of three daughters Kimberly grew up with a strong sense of dedication to family and, as an adult, she devoted herself to caring for her family. She always put others before herself and truly cared about the needs of those around her. She also learned from an early age the importance of loyalty to labor and the satisfaction of a job well done. These traits served Kimberly well throughout her career, endearing her to supervisors and colleagues as well, and making her an integral part of the team when she worked at O’Reilly Parts, Ms. Naomi’s Stay and Play Center, and MEMA.
In her free time Kimberly enjoyed camping- anywhere and everywhere- it didn’t matter, Kimberly was ready to go. A gifted artisan, she created crafts from various materials and mediums, and she especially enjoyed painting. And Kimberly loved music- any and all genres.
Kimberly is survived by her husband of 10 years, Kale Gammill; mother, Kathy Lopez; father and step-mother, Donald and Vickie Holmes; daughter, Summer Dawn Cash; sons, Kory Alexander Cash, and Chad Jack “C.J.” Gammill; step-daughter, Aubrey Gammill; and sisters, Katina Carlisle, and Amanda Holmes.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, November 5, 2022, at the Senior Services Center in Pearl.
