
Visitation will be Monday, March 24, 2014 from 6 - 8 pm at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home, Pearl, MS and funeral services will be on Tuesday, March
25, 2014 at 1:00pm in the funeral home chapel with interment at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
Lo was born in Eureka, Arkansas on January 16, 1926 to the late Wilford and Jessie Stafford. She was married to Olin Eugene Poley and they lived in Jackson, MS for 30 years, raising two daughters, Patsy Poley Ainsworth and Pamela Poley Johnson. Lo was employed by General Electric and worked there 40 years before retiring. She and her husband moved to Richland, MS 30 years ago and she remained very active in her church and community.
Lo is preceded in death by her parents, Wilford and Jessie Stafford; husband, Olin Poley; and brother Fred Stafford.
She is survived by her daughters, Pat Ainsworth (Jerry) of Jackson and Pam Johnson (James) of Madison; sisters, Graple Jones of Hattiesburg and Chris Kirkley of Prentiss; brothers, D.L. Stafford (Ann) and Melvin Stafford (Helen) both of Hattiesburg; granddaughter, Tracy Hagin (Greg) of Gulfport, grandsons, Page Myrick (Shelley) and Dale Myrick (Brenda) both of Summit, Kevin Johnson (Jessica) of Richland, and Brian Johnson of Brandon; two step-grandsons, Jerry Ainsworth II (Laura) of Madison and Jeb Ainsworth (Jennifer) of Lake Mary, FL. She was also blessed with 17 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family expresses appreciation to her caring physicians, Dr. Louis Puneky, Dr. Ruth Fredericks, Dr. Mark Condon, and Dr. Charles Pound, to Amedisys Home Health, to Southern Care Hospice and to the many compassionate nurses and healthcare personnel.
