Louise was born in Pelahatchie, Mississippi, on August 20, 1922, to the late Mattie Huff Anderson and William "Billy" Anderson.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Marshall Bailey; son, Gregory Paul Bailey; siblings, Robert Lee Anderson, James Gordon Anderson, Henry Clifton Anderson, William George Anderson, Myra Anderson Windham, Odie Anderson Tucker, Lydia Anderson Winstead, and Marie Anderson Patrick.
Louise is survived by son, Randy Bailey (Mary); granddaughter, Angela Bailey Jones (Collin); great-granddaughters, Bailey Jones, and Ansley Jones; a host of nieces and nephews; and her great friend, Sue Keen, who has shown her love by many acts of kindness.
Louise was a member of Park Place Baptist Church in Pearl and her family would like to thank the staff and members of Park Place for all of their prayers, flowers, and cards.
The family would also like to thank the staff at Compere's Nursing Home for their kind and attentive care during her residency, Gentiva Hospice for their assistance and compassionate care, and hospice nurse, Mary Hart, for her loving care and kindness.
The family will receive friends from 9:00am until 11:00am, Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel with interment in Lakewood South Cemetery. Services will be officiated by Dr. Keith Grubbs.
