Michael Lynn Lowry, 69, of Pearl, passed away Friday, April 2, 2021.
Visitation will be held from 12:00pm until 2:00pm, Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel, with interment in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
Mike was born May 24, 1951, in Jackson, a son of the late Leon Lowry and Betty Phillips Lowry. In September 1983 he married the love of his life, Lori Dickerson, and they were blessed with two children. Mike truly loved his family and worked hard to provide a comfortable home and provide for their needs in every way a husband and father could.
Mike’s strong work ethic and dedication served him well throughout his career with Linde Gas and Engineering, and he was awarded the Million Mile Club Honors for safe driving.
In his free time Mike enjoyed tinkering in his garage, fixing one thing and another, and spending time with his family, particularly his grandbabies.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Rusty, Donna Faye, Raymond, Charles and Donald Lowry; and step-mother, Kitty Ruth Lowry.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Lori Dickerson Lowry; daughter, Ashley Orgill and husband Addison; sons, Greg Lowry, Michael Jason Lowry, Russell Allen Lowry, and Steve Womble and wife Tammy; sister, Melissa Miller and husband Steve; grandchildren, Skylar Morris, Evy Lowry, Joseph Lowry, Daniel Lowry, Dalton Womble, Dillon Womble, and Brice Womble; and 1 great-grandchild.
