Visitation is 12:00-2:00pm Thursday, August 9, 2012 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel with interment in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
She was born August 16, 1914 in Smith County, Mississippi, a daughter of the late Dan Russell and Pearl Sherman Russell.
Mrs. Sullivan retired from Mississippi State Hospital at Whitfield after many years of service as a nurse's aide. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Petal. A loving mother and grandmother, she will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hardy Sullivan, and sons, Paul and Dan Sullivan.
Survivors include son, Joe Sullivan of Petal; daughters, Doris Yawn (Ralph) of Petal and Patsy Hughes (George) of Picayune; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
