Oliver Franklin Williamson

Visitation will be 5:00-8:00pm, Friday, April 8, 2016, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 11:00am, Saturday, April 9, 2016, in the funeral home chapel. Graveside services will follow at 2:30pm in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery in Mendenhall.

Frank was born on Monday, September 9, 1918, in Mendenhall, a son of the late Henry S. Williamson and Nancy Louisa Boggan Williamson.

He was a former member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Mendenhall and in recent years a member of Oak Forest Baptist Church in Jackson. Frank worked for many years as an office supply service/repair technician. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served in WWII and was a former member of the American Legion. His hobbies included working in his vegetable garden.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Edith Elise Berch Williamson.

Survivors include sons, Eddie Williamson (Jeanne) and Stacy Williamson (Valerie); daughter, Janet Lindemann (Lindsey); grandchildren, Adam Williamson, David, Ryan and Amy Lindemann; brother, Larry Williamson (Linda); and sister, Edna Mae Morris.
