Mr. Obispo was a native of the Federated States of Micronesia and had resided in Pearl for many years.
As a devoted Christian, his faith was a steadfast source of strength and comfort throughout his life. He cherished his family deeply—his wife, children, parents, and siblings—and considered them among life’s greatest blessings. He worked diligently to instill in his children the values that guided his own life: a firm belief in God, the importance of hard work, and the conviction that every person should be treated with kindness, fairness, and respect. His faith and the principles by which he lived will continue to be reflected in the lives of those he loved and guided.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Mihna Hadley; children, Hope Hadley, Amanica Hadley, Kioko Hadley, and Theodore Obispo; parents, Pelipe Panuelo, and Domenika Obispo; siblings, Pelipe Obispo, Jr., Jane Obispo, Janet Obispo, and Dannis Ramirez; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Pius Hadley, Jr., Paulus Hadley, Milly Jean Hadley, and Beauty Hadley.
Private funeral services will be held. Mr. Obispo will be laid to rest at Crestview Memorial Gardens in Brandon.
