Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm Monday, March 23, 2015 at Roberts Cemetery, Osyka, MS.
Mr. Bates was born in 1941 to the late Charles Enos and Wilma Williams Bates. He was a veteran of the US Navy.
He is survived by his sisters, Wilma Bates Cole and her husband, Keith, and Bessie Bates.
