

Visitation will be 12:00-2:00pm, Sunday, October 11, 2015 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm in the funeral
home chapel with interment in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
Mr. Thornton retired from the medical computer technology field and served in both the Army and Air National Guards for Mississippi. He was a very active member of Eastside Baptist Church in Pearl, where he served on the Benevolence Committee, as a Sunday School Teacher and Director, and church
Deacon.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Delores Harrell Thornton; son, Brad Thornton (Angie); daughter, Tracey Dyer (Brian); sisters, Ella Rose Rich (Charles)
and Doris Virginia Caraway (Bill); and grandchildren, Nick Thornton, Katie Thornton, Blaine Shelton, Tyler Shelton, Landen Dyer and Logen Dyer.
