The family will have a memorial service at 4pm Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Skyway Hills Church of Christ in Pearl.
Mr. Herring, a retired truck driver, was born in July, 1937 to the late W.T. and Vivian Walker Herring.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley; sons, Travis Dwayne Herring and his wife, Tonya, Steven Earl Herring and his wife, Jennifer, and Anthony Lynn Murphy; sister, Elaine Carnival; grandchildren, Allen. Chasity, Zachary, Mattie and Kiersten; and great-grandchildren, Mason, Kelsie, Ashton, and Kirsten.
