Ruby was a devoted mother, grandmother and nurse whose Christian faith guided her through life's journey. Her love for family and her career as a nurse, particularly as the Head Nurse of the Emergency Room at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center, were testament to her compassion, strength and kindness.
She is survived by sons, Billy M. Lee (Helen) and James R. Lee (Pat), sisters Lorraine Bynum and Minnie Westbrook, brother Robert Grissett (Marlene), six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Ruby was predeceased by her husband, Billy R. Lee, son, David Lee and mother, Fannie Mae Uli.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Ruby’s grandson, Jason Lee, for his loving dedication to her care and well-being.
Ruby's life will be celebrated with a private service for family and friends.
