Sherri’s life was centered on her faith in Christ, which guided everything she did and every relationship she had. Her life was a living sermon. She didn’t just believe quietly… she shared Christ boldly, over and over, and God used her words and her faithfulness to change hearts and lead others to Him. Her children know, believe in their hearts and say with confidence, “Because of my mother, I found God”. What greater legacy can a person leave behind? That kind of testimony doesn’t end with her passing; it keeps echoing through her family and everyone she touched. And it really speaks to the truth of Scripture — that a faithful life bears fruit far beyond what we can see.
Sherri meant so much to so many, but nothing brought her greater joy than being ‘Grandmama.’ Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she treasured every memory made with them, from school events to quiet family moments at home.
Sherri’s love for others—especially children—has long inspired her family. Together, they have owned and operated daycare centers for many years, creating a nurturing environment for countless families.
Sherri was a true encourager to so many, not only through her words but through the way she lived her life. In all she experienced, Sherri felt blessed, and her grateful spirit and gentle demeanor became a light to everyone around her.”
In her free time, Sherri enjoyed traveling with her family, with favorite destinations including the beach and Disney World.
