Shirley Ann Gilbert

Shirley was born in Crystal Springs, MS on October 23, 1952 to Marilyn and Hughie Bennett. She was a graduate of Florence High School and attended business college.

She worked as an Accountant at Stuart C. Irby and enjoyed crocheting, puzzles, reading and watching Christmas movies.

Shirley is survived by her two sons Paul (Sandra) Price & Jon (Roxy) Price, grandsons: Tyler Price, Garrett Price, Gavin Price and Hayden Price. Siblings: Betty (Randy) Welch, Peggy (Ricky) Jackson, R.T. (Lorie) Bennett, Robert (Linda) Bennett and Tammy (Ricky) Mullins and numerous nieces and nephews. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Hughie Bennett and Marilyn Bennett, her husband, Mike Gilbert, and brother Hughie “Butch” Bennett.

Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am on Saturday, September, 29, 2018 at River of Life Church, 101 Parkway Drive, Brandon, MS 39047.
