Stella L. Davis

Visitation will be from 8am - 9:30am Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will be at 10am at St. Jude Catholic Church in Pearl. A graveside service will be held at 1pm Thursday in Liberty Chapel Cemetery in Lexington, MS.

Ms. Davis was born in Humphreys County, MS to Thomas and Edna Davis. She lived most of her life around Indianola, MS and moved to Pearl 10 years ago. She was an avid bowler and loved the outdoors. She enjoyed playing softball in her younger years and loved to go fishing. She was a second mother to most of her nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, James Thomas Davis, Raymond Lee Davis, and Willis Warren Davis.

She is survived by her brother, SGM Joseph Cecil Davis (Joan); sisters, Wanda Moon, Barbara McBride (Pat), Juanita McLain (Ken) and Lynn Thornton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
